Professional Profile:
I have recently completed my MBA in Global Management & Marketing at DBS, where I will be graduating with honours in the new year thanks to my final year thesis. My thesis addressed the prevalent concern amongst SME’s who now compete with recognisable global brands that have encroached into their local retail landscape, as a result of the pandemic. Through my use of a case study, I focused on providing and evaluating practical and affordable solutions for SME through omnichannel services. Throughout my MBA I have worked in full time employment as the branch manager for Dorian Black Anne’s Lane before moving to my current position as Digital Champion for Celtic Tweed, where I work directly under the MD managing the brands: e-commerce, advertising and communication strategy across all digital platforms.
